A yoga retreat with Klara Puski, come and join this experience which allows you take a moment , offering a week to yourself with yourself.

I have been traveling to Goa, Ashiayna since 2015 organizing retreats at this very special place , for some time becoming part of the team defenitely made me feel like I had a second home. Returning again in 2025 I look forward welcoming you on an exceptional journey. First time traveling to Goa or not I believe that this place has a very unique energy which truly heals those who are willing to meet themselves fully.

We will be starting with a 3 hour long mediation - asana - pranayama practice which is followed by a delicious brunch. The afternoons are free for exploration or self reflection , Ashiyana has a wide range of ayurvedic treatments and different massages, in the late afternoon we are meeting for another 2 hours of asana lab or sharing circle , yin , restorative or Q&A practices depending on the groups eenrgy level.. After dinners there are several evening activities offered by Ashiayna or concerts or ecstatic dance in the nearby village.

About Klara

Klara is an advanced certified Jivamuki teacher based in Paris. Dancing since the age of five, she was always fascinated by the physical body & movement she completed her education at the Hungarian Dance Academy in classical ballet in Budapest and continued to work as a professional dancer. Then in early 2013 she tried Jivamukti Yoga in Munich which was a transformational discovery in which she happily remains immersed. By May 2014, she completed her teacher training in New York, with Jivamukti Yoga founders Sharon Gannon and David Life, mentored by Giselle Mari. Since returning Klara has been leading classes around different studios in Paris. She feels blessed to be able to teach and equally sees it as an opportunity to serve, share and learn. The last years she has been studying with incredible teachers like Dona Holleman, Maty Ezraty, Simon Park and Krista Cahill, Jared McCan, Santina Giardina- Chard.

Finding an honest space through intelligent sequencing is what yoga represent for her on and off the mat.  Creating a deeper connection with the present moment and ourselves which allows us to pause to reflect about "what is going on for real" what fascinates her. Feeling the moment in it’s depth to create a transformation.

She has had the opportunity to assist to co-teach and lead many yoga teacher trainings , retreats and immersions, which always serves as an opportunity to create a greater understanding on how to serve the students with more understanding and compassion.

I believe that yoga is based on a deep physical energetic emotional and intellectual experience, there are many many pieces of this puzzle called life. The physical vehicle is what we use to get a deeper understanding of who we are. How to honour myself the same way as I honour all living beings around?  We all do the best we can while we are here."

* Two people sharing a twin/double room; all our rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Rooms can be twin beds or double bed. Prices are fully inclusive of retreat schedule, accommodation, 2 large buffet meals a day, and all of the facilities at Ashiyana Goa.

A booking is effective once the 35% deposit has been paid. Balances are due 2 months before the start of the retreat.

In case of cancellation before November 30th, we retain the deposit unless the spot is sold to someone else or in case of force majeure (as defined by French law) only. This does NOT include expired travel documents or missing visas. Spots will be sold in the order of purchase (i.e. first originally purchased, first resold.)

In case of cancellation after the 30th of November we retain 50% of the full amount of the retreat, unless the spot is sold to someone else. Spots will be sold in the order of purchase (i.e. first originally purchased, first resold.)

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
