English
Reconnect with your natural balance at our Five Elements Yoga Retreat to awaken, harmonise, and invigorate body, mind, and spirit. Inspired by the elemental forces of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether, this soul-stirring escape gently weaves together energising yoga flows to ignite your inner fire, deeply nourishing yin practices to melt away tension, grounding breathwork to calm the mind, and ethereal sound baths where gong and crystal singing bowls guide you in sonic meditations to journey with the imagination. Set in a serene environment that reflects the beauty of the natural world, Tracey and Kate invite you to unwind, deepen your practice, and rediscover your elemental essence. Whether you seek renewal, clarity, or soulful connection, this retreat offers a sanctuary for growth and rejuvenation.
Which Yoga Style:
Vinyasa Flow yoga is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that links movement with breath, creating a seamless sequence of poses. Each posture flows into the next, guided by inhalations and exhalations that help maintain a steady rhythm and focused mind.
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that focuses on long-held, passive poses to gently stretch the deep connective tissues of the body.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided meditation practice that takes you into a state between wakefulness and rest. Unlike traditional sleep, Yoga Nidra keeps the mind gently aware while the body enters profound relaxation, helping reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance overall well-being.
The immersive retreat schedule is thoughtfully designed to create a good balance between engaging activities and relaxing, self-introspection moments. It is in those moments that the magic happens!
