Set in the serene Catalonian mountains, this retreat provides the perfect environment for a gut reset. Mornings begin with mindful yoga to support digestion, followed by expert-led workshops on microbiome health, mindful eating, and fermentation. Afternoons allow for relaxation or nature walks, while evenings focus on nervous system restoration through restorative yoga, hypnotherapy, and sound healing.

You’ll enjoy a nourishing Mediterranean menu, primarily plant-based, with some meat and fish options available. Vegan and vegetarian choices will be offered daily, supporting a sustainable and gut-friendly diet.

Tasha Hedges

Gut health dietitian | CBT Hypnotherapist | Reiki Master | Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapist | Mindful eating practitioner

Tasha Hedges is a registered Dietitian, specialising in Gut Health, and Yoga Teacher, with a passion for holistic health. She has helped hundreds of patients in the NHS, tackle their gut issues, and has experienced her own problems with her gut health. Having struggled with burnout and IBS throughout her 20s, Tasha’s own healing journey led her to explore a range of alternative therapies, such as reiki, yoga, hypnotherapy. Feeling such a benefit from these approaches, she underwent further training in these, so she could offer a more holistic approach to her clients.

Tasha’s mission is to help clients achieve optimal well-being by addressing the root causes of digestive issues through a truly integrative, yet evidence-based approach. She promotes a holistic path to healing, empowering individuals to reconnect with their bodies, restore digestive balance and trust their gut again.
