Isaac Mullins is an experienced teacher with over 25 years of expertise in Hatha Yoga, breathwork, and movement mechanics. Known for his precise and transformative approach, Isaac combines deep physical intelligence with a profound understanding of yoga philosophy, breath mechanics, and nervous system regulation.

A former Royal Ballet professional, Isaac has spent decades refining his knowledge of alignment, posture, and the body’s capacity for both strength and fluidity. With a First-Class Honours degree from SOAS University in yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, and religious studies, he brings both depth and authenticity to his teaching, bridging the ancient roots of yoga with modern practice.

Isaac’s method is both structured and intuitive. He teaches the art of relaxation within structure, guiding students to release deep-seated tension while building strength, flexibility, and resilience. By integrating breath mechanics, somatic awareness, and precise alignment, his approach creates a practice that is as grounding as it is transformative.
