As we pass from one year to the next, this is a great opportunity to realign with your spiritual compass, fuel your soul and reset your nervous system. Start your year with great clarity of mind, feeling spiritually recharged and strong and sure within yourself.

Using the planetary days as a guide for self reflection throughout the week, we’ll start on SUNday in remembrance of our personal mission this lifetime.
We’ll be use the transformational healing power of kundalini yoga following my favourite manifestation process Banish to balance our bodies with the aid of the nutritious ayurvedic diet and treatments available at Ashiyana Purify our minds with breathwork and meditations and Invoke using meditations and mantras to align our vibration and awaken our highest consciousness.
5 hours of yogic practice each day
Including sunrise stretches and morning blessings. Powerful Kundalini Yoga Kriyas. Gentle afternoon stillness and sound meditations, evening breathwork and astrological reflections to align body, mind and spirit with our destiny.

Kiranjot
🙏 My spiritual name is Kiranjot. Kiran means the ray of sunlight, and jot means to hold. For the past 20 years, I’ve been making traditional yogic practices accessible to help people better navigate life’s challenges, maintain vibrant energy, and cultivate ease in their relationships.
I often meet people at transitional times in their lives, whether through birth, illness, career changes, or family issues. During these challenging times, the yoga I teach provides emotional support, healing, and empowerment, enabling people to recognise their inner strength and lean into the courage required to navigate change and create a happier, healthier life with more inner peace.
Kundalini Yoga is a transformative practice. The clarity of consciousness it gifts help us make more aligned and empowered decisions for ourselves. I specialise in translating these ancient, complex spiritual teachings into accessible, relevant tools for today’s modern busy human being. I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of people from all walks of life, one-to-one, in group classes, workshops, and on retreats, it’s given me profound insights into how we best thrive.
Ultimately, just like my name, Kiranjot, I help people feel whole again, radiant, full of light and positivity.
