Thrive in Transition is a sanctuary week for women in perimenopause or menopause who want to feel strong in their bodies, calm in their nervous systems, and supported in their hearts. Held in the sun and stillness of Ashiyana Spain, we’ll focus on happy, healthy hormones through a powerful blend of strength training, running, movement, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and nurturing food:
Lauren’s grounded and energising coaching helps you rebuild power and confidence from the outside in. Charlotte’s presence-led, restorative approach helps you slow down, tune in, and restore from the inside out, so your strength is sustainable, not strained. Together, this retreat holds both sides of the menopause journey: the strength to rise, and the stillness to listen.

Lauren Young
Lauren is a multi-award-winning fitness and running coach and qualified Animal Flow Instructor with over 20 years’ experience supporting women worldwide. Her coaching style is firm but friendly—clear, energising, and deeply encouraging—helping women feel strong, capable, and confident through every life stage. With a background in trail and ultra-running, Lauren brings a grounded understanding of endurance, resilience, and what the midlife body can achieve when trained with intelligence and care.
Her sessions combine progressive strength training, functional movement, mobility, and playful flow, always adapted to meet you where you are. Above all, Lauren understands real life—busy schedules, changing hormones, and the desire to feel well without burning out. Her work is about rebuilding power from the inside out, so you leave feeling energised, supported, and proud of what your body can do.
Charlotte Bosworth
Charlotte is a health & wellbeing coach (CNM), yoga teacher, and massage therapist who has spent over 18 years guiding women and corporate teams through stress, burnout, and life transitions. Her approach is shaped by her own life journey, which taught her the importance of slowing down, tuning in, and finding small positives even in hard moments. This resilience, warmth, and honesty are at the heart of every space she holds.
Charlotte weaves breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga, and nature-based practices into her work, helping women reconnect to their natural rhythms and feel steadier in body and mind. She supports clients in uncovering what truly matters to them, gently releasing patterns that keep them stuck, and building lives that feel calmer and more aligned. Her wellbeing path began in 2004 in high-stress banking, where she experienced firsthand the healing power of yoga. She believes menopause can be a powerful new chapter—met with grace, strength, and deep self-trust.
