Yin Yang Yoga Holiday
with Ceri and Ashiyana Family
13th to 18th March
This Yin–Yang Yoga Holiday offers a beautiful opportunity to explore balance — between challenging, dynamic movement and nourishing, restorative stillness.

English
Morning practices will weave together pranayama, creative and fluid flow sequences, and meditation, inviting you to awaken the body, focus the mind and reconnect with your inner rhythm. These sessions are designed to feel energising yet accessible, offering space to explore strength, mobility and mindful movement without pressure.
In the afternoons, the pace gently slows with a nourishing yin or restorative yoga practice, allowing you to soften deeply and experience opening through longer-held, passive poses. These sessions support the nervous system, encourage release on both a physical and energetic level, and invite a sense of deep relaxation.
Evenings will close with a gentle, grounding activity such as chanting, a sound bath or yoga nidra — creating space to integrate the day’s practices and settle into stillness before rest.
There will be ample free time between classes and meals to enjoy the pool, join a guided hike, book a massage, or simply relax with a book in a hammock and soak in the surroundings.
Three delicious, nourishing meals will be served daily, with fruit and herbal teas always available should you need a little something in between.
Which Yoga Style:
This Yoga Holiday will incorporate a number of styles of yoga, including:
Vinyasa Flow – A dynamic, creative, and fluid practice linking breath with movement. Builds strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness, while energising both body and mind.
Hatha Yoga – A more traditional, balanced practice focusing on alignment, breath, and posture. Promotes a strong foundational practice.
Yin Yoga – Long-held, passive poses that target deep connective tissues. Encourages nervous system release, flexibility, and a sense of inner calm.
Restorative Yoga – Fully relaxing, supported postures using bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Allows the body and mind to rest, recover, and restore overall wellbeing.
