Through a blend of dynamic Jivamukti Yoga sequences, workshops to develop deeper understanding of alignment and meditation sessions, you will watch the power of breath and movement to come back to your body, mind, and spirit.
In the tranquil oasis of Ashiyana Spain, surrounded by lush natural beauty, you will have the opportunity to slow down the pace of life and immerse yourself fully in the practice, meditation and pranayama which fast-paced life doesn’t always allow us to do. Take a step back and enjoy slow walks, raw nature, picturesque countryside, savour nourishing vegan cuisine crafted with love, replenishing your body with wholesome activities – on your own and with other like minded souls.
As you embrace the simplicity of this retreat, you will discover the transformative potential that lies in slowing down and focussing on meditation and your practice. In the gentle rhythm of each breath and the quiet whispers of nature, we will seek for moments of profound clarity and insight, guiding you towards a state of steadiness (shtira) and joy (sukham).

If traveling in a group, the easiest way to get to us is by car. Many international car rental companies operate from Barcelona airport, so you can easily choose a reliable provider. Andrea Visone
In 2018, Andrea embarked on a transformative journey to India, delving deep into the art of yoga. Venturing through the sacred lands of Rishikesh, Mysore, and Goa, Andrea immersed himself in yoga’s wisdom for two years. His yogic odyssey extended across South-East Asia, where he spread his teachings in Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Spain, Barcelona is now home, where he recently completed a 75-hour Teacher Training with Jivamukti. In 2025 then took the 300hour Jivamukti teacher training. Andrea’s classes, emphasizes the harmonious blend of breath and alignment, while simultaneously nurturing strength and flexibility. Beyond the realm of yoga, Andrea is an advocate for animal rights, embodying the essence of ahiṃsā in his life and practice.
