Unlike a retreat, our Yoga Holidays have no fixed group schedule, giving you the freedom to shape your days exactly as you wish. Whether you prefer quiet relaxation, yoga classes, or socializing, the choice is entirely yours.
Start your morning with an energizing yoga class in our beautiful shala, overlooking the rolling hills. Our experienced teachers vary throughout the season, bringing diverse expertise and styles to each session. We typically have at least two teachers available each week, and we sometimes offer spontaneous workshops focused on mindful movement, wellness, and wellbeing.
After class, enjoy a delicious and nutritious buffet brunch—a true highlight of your stay! The rest of the day is yours to explore:

In the afternoon, a gentle yoga session at 4 PM helps you ease into the evening, followed by a diverse buffet dinner featuring Mediterranean and Asian flavors, finished with our famous desserts.
At 8:15 PM, we sometimes offer evening activities, including kirtan, meditation, and yoga nidra, provide the perfect way to end your day in tranquility.

☼ 08.30 – 10.00am: Morning Yoga Class
☼ 10.00 – 11.15am: Large Buffet Brunch
☀ 16.00 – 17.30pm: Afternoon Yoga Class
☀ 19.00 – 20.15pm: Large Buffet Dinner
☾ 20.15 – 21.15pm: Guided Meditations / Chanting / Yoga Nidra (activities vary throughout the week)
