The Hiking Experience – Catalonia on Foot
Ashiyana Spain is nestled in a stunning natural park in the Catalonian mountains, surrounded by pine forests, rocky ridgelines, hidden viewpoints, and peaceful walking trails. Our guided hikes are chosen to highlight the region’s grounding beauty—think panoramic paths with sweeping valley views, shaded woodland walks alive with birdsong, and routes that lead to calm reservoirs where you can pause, breathe, and take a refreshing swim.
Hikes are paced mindfully, with plenty of stops for hydration, photos, and quiet moments of presence. You’ll be invited to walk in silence at times, to feel the rhythm of your steps and the steadiness of the earth beneath you. Each route offers a different flavour of the landscape, helping you connect not only with nature, but with your own inner terrain.

Guided hike through the Catalonian landscape: pine forests, mountain trails, panoramic viewpoints, and reservoir paths, with mindful pauses and optional swims.
18:30 – Soulful Evening Meal
A warm, nourishing dinner shared together after the day outdoors.
20:30 – Restore & Unwind
Yin or restorative yoga, yoga nidra, sound bath, or guided meditation to integrate the day and support deep rest.
