Unlike a retreat there is no group schedule, so you can either spend time relaxing alone or hang out with others. One of our most popular options is our classic Yoga Holiday where you’re free to do as little or as much as you want.

Find a perfect, shady spot amongst the abundant flora and fauna for reading, relaxing and contemplating; or walk the vast expanse of beaches and discover the cool, little bars and boutiques fronting the beach. We also encourage you to chat with reception about the various excursions, cultural activities and early morning dolphin trips that this magical beachside paradise offers.
EXPERIENCES
Panchakarma - Basti (herbal enema treatment that cleanses accumulated toxins from all three doshas)
A tailor-made 7 day detox program that combines Ayurvedic rejuvenation treatments with other healing therapies available at Ashiyana Goa. Designed to eliminate toxins that accumulate mostly in the lower part of the body, Basti are herbal enemas therapy, advised for people with dominant Vata dosha and associated issues. Your Panchakarma journey begins with an in-depth assessment and consultation with Dr. Yamuna (our in-house Ayurvedic Doctor), once you have arrived.
Our Panchakarma programs at Ashiyana Goa are designed to cleanse and detoxify your body, improve your digestion and metabolism, and leave you feeling lighter, healthier and full of vibrant energy. Your treatment will include a personalised diet of simple, light foods that will assist in the detoxification process.
Panchakarma - Virechana (completely cleanses the gasto-intestinal tract of pitta toxins)
A bespoke 7-day detox and rejuvenation treatment program combining Ayurvedic therapies with other modalities of healing available at Ashiyana Goa, tailored just for you. Designed to completely cleanse the gasto-intestinal tract, Virechana is a medicated ‘purgation’ therapy, which removes Pitta toxins that can accumulate in your digestive system. Yoga Holiday ‘Deep Dive’
A deeper exploration of the health-giving power of yoga and bodywork
Apart from the morning pranayama and meditation session and twice-daily yoga classes, you will receive at least one massage treatment every day.
Begin your day with a pranayama and meditation session, a beautiful way to start your morning. Follow this with a dynamic yoga class at 8:30 AM in one of our spacious and airy yoga shalas. Afterward, enjoy our delicious, healthy buffet brunch (we’re famous for it!) in our open restaurant, overlooking the paddy fields and hills.
Between your yoga classes, massages, and private pranayama and meditation sessions, you’ll still have time to soak up the sun, go on leisurely walks, experience incredible sunsets on our endless beach, and perhaps even explore Goa’s local markets, spice farms, Dudhsagar Waterfall, and majestic churches.
The afternoon yoga session at 4 PM is a slower, more gentle class, easing you into the evening. The evening buffet meal is an eclectic mix of Indian, Thai, and European cuisine, rounded off with Tek’s famous desserts.
Ease yourself towards bed with our evening activities at 8:15 PM, including kirtan, meditation, classical Indian music, and much more—a perfect way to end your day in peace.

Unlike a retreat, our Yoga Holidays have no fixed group schedule, giving you the freedom to shape your days exactly as you wish. Whether you prefer quiet relaxation, yoga classes, or socializing, the choice is entirely yours.
Start your morning with an energizing yoga class in our beautiful shala, overlooking the rolling hills. Our experienced teachers vary throughout the season, bringing diverse expertise and styles to each session. We typically have at least two teachers available each week, and we sometimes offer spontaneous workshops focused on mindful movement, wellness, and wellbeing.
After class, enjoy a delicious and nutritious buffet brunch—a true highlight of your stay! The rest of the day is yours to explore:
