Each day begins with yoga and breath-led practices to awaken the body and mind, followed by nourishing meals and spacious time to simply be. No previous yoga or hiking experience is needed — all practices are thoughtfully adapted so that everyone, at every level, feels welcome.

Afternoons alternate between guided hikes and dedicated breathwork sessions.

Ceri
Ceri is a yoga teacher, holistic health coach, Reiki practitioner, and massage therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting wellbeing and transformation. Her nurturing approach combines movement, breath, mindfulness, and self-compassion to help people reconnect with balance, vitality, and inner resilience. Drawing on a diverse background in holistic therapies and healing practices, she supports others in finding greater harmony between body, mind, and spirit. Ceri is passionate about creating safe and supportive spaces that inspire healing, self-discovery, and lasting positive change.
Charlotte
Charlotte is a Health & Wellbeing Coach, yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, and bodyworker with almost two decades of experience supporting people through movement, mindfulness, and restorative practices. Drawing on yoga philosophy, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and hands-on therapeutic bodywork, she helps people cultivate greater calm, resilience, and connection to themselves. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply supportive, creating spaces where people feel seen, nurtured, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Tobie
A devoted father with a passion for supporting personal growth in humans of all ages, Tobie has spent decades creating transformative retreat experiences that blend yoga, nature, community. Known for his warmth, authenticity, and playful spirit, he creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the healing power of presence, connection, and time in nature.
