What To Expect:

Our time together is based around the theme of The Elements and will be a balance of movement, exploration, and spaciousness. From afternoon yoga workshops that deepen your practice to optional guided hikes or kayaking along quiet waters, each experience is an invitation to engage in a meaningful way. Woven throughout is time to pause, reflect, and reconnect, leaving you feeling energized, grounded, and deeply attuned to both yourself and the natural rhythm of the world around you.

INSTRUCTORS

Jen

Jen has spent the last 27 years teaching yoga for people who want to live with purpose. For some, it’s not even that grand: they’re just tired of re-living the same patterns and making the same old mistakes. Either way, I love every minute of it.

She teaches with humor and candor, sometimes weaving her own neurosis and love for metaphors found in binge-worthy television into classes, trainings and retreats. Jen’s classes are balanced & straightforward, informed mostly by the work in the Ashtanga primary series, and include intentional breath practices & some stillness.

Jen invites you to just come, with an open mind and a willingness to shake things up.

Gina

Gina guides dedicated students who are attracted to fierce strength and awareness practices. She loves to create intelligent, challenging sequences that set the stage for healthy bodies and new thought patterns.

Early on, Gina was surprised when her students named her ‘The Silent Assassin’, but it makes sense since she offers the potent tools of yoga in powerful classes with gentle, accessible and kind instruction. Gina often says that low cobra saved her life and it’s actually pretty true.  She showed up in a yoga class with chronic neck pain that was then resolved within a few months of practicing yoga, and the rest is history.

Gina has taught yoga in the Seattle area for over 15 years and has a ton of experience practicing and teaching styles ranging from Ashtanga to Therapeutic Yoga.  Most recently she earned her Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist certification which allows her to deep dive into anatomy and physiology to better understand why these practices work.

Gina is endlessly fascinated by the brilliance of the human mind and body and loves sharing spaces to explore their potential for growth.
